Palasino Poker CUP III Exceeds Guarantee
Palasino Poker CUP III exceeded the €50,000 guarantee
Palasino Poker CUP III is now history, and Palasino Excalibur City was once again full of action. From Wednesday, May 13 to Sunday, May 17, 2026, players competed for a guaranteed €50,000, which was successfully exceeded thanks to great attendance.
The tournament with a buy-in of €120 attracted a total of 304 players across the starting flights, who made use of another 173 re-entries. Overall, Palasino Poker CUP III reached a total of 477 entries, with the collected amount reaching €57,240.
Comfortable structure and plenty of room to play
Players could look forward to a very pleasant tournament structure. Everyone started the game with 100,000 chips, and blind levels during the starting days lasted 30 minutes.
On the Final Day, the pace slowed down even more, as the levels were extended to 40 minutes. Even in the later stages of the tournament, there was therefore plenty of room for real poker, pressure on opponents, patience, and well-timed plays.
Starting flights
The festival kicked off with Wednesday’s Day A, which attracted 79 players and recorded another 44 re-entries. A total of 13 players advanced from the opening flight to the Final Day. Thursday’s Day B brought 66 players and 40 re-entries, an excellent atmosphere at the tables, and another 11 qualifiers. Friday’s Day C was the smallest of the main starting flights, recording 60 players and 38 re-entries, but the fight for advancement continued at full intensity until the very end, with 10 players making it through. Saturday’s Day E confirmed its role as the strongest flight of the festival — 76 players took their seats, 39 re-entries were added, and another 12 players advanced to the Final Day. The final chance came on Sunday morning with Day G Hyper Turbo, where 23 players joined the action with 12 re-entries, and the last 4 qualifiers completed the final field.
Final Day: 50 players and a three-way deal
A total of 50 players entered the Final Day. Thanks to the longer 40-minute levels, the game proceeded at a very good pace, and even in the later stages of the tournament there was still room for thoughtful play.
The tournament reached its conclusion shortly before 3:00 a.m., when the final three players agreed on a deal based on the current chip counts.
The biggest payout ultimately went to player J. B. from the Czech Republic, who earned €8,181 for his performance.
